We had a real blizzard yesterday. We woke up to the ground covered in snow, and then it kept snowing for most of the day. It reminded me of the blizzards that we had in Rochester growing up. Schools were closed for two days. It was great!!! The girls had fun playing outside in the snow even though it was really too deep for them to walk through. They kept getting stuck-especially our little one.

The First Snow
We had our first snow this week. I set aside the household chores and dragged out the winter wardrobes so we could build a snowman. We (actually, I) built two snowmen. The girls had a great time. We actually played outside for over an hour. We didn't need all of our winter wardrobes either, because it was pleasantly warm considering we had several inches of snow on the ground.
A New Beginning
I thought that I would try something new. My friend, Jenna, introduced me to her blog and I enjoyed viewing it. So, here I am starting one of my own. I am scared about privacy on the internet, and also about using computers. I am not good with computers, nor am I good at putting my thoughts into words. So, I expect that my blog will be filled with pictures mostly. I love looking at and taking photographs. Plus, I thought this would be a great way to keep my family updated about things that are going on with us here in Colorado. Welcome to Colorado Chronicles!
